Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in IT service management and a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement solutions that enhance our service delivery and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct system architecture reviews and performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements, and recommend improvements to existing processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to system architecture, design, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance policies in all ServiceNow implementations.

Mandatory Skills:

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and design.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, Glide, and REST APIs.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations with third party applications.
• Ability to lead and manage complex projects with cross functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with other ITSM tools and platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on ServiceNow architecture.
• Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations and upgrades.
