We are looking for a Principal Business Analyst with deep insurance expertise across Policy, Claims, and Underwriting (NB/UW) to drive strategic transformation initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis for enterprise initiatives across policy lifecycle, claims, and underwriting.
- Drive process re-engineering, automation, and digital transformation, including AI/GenAI use cases.
- Partner with senior executives to define strategy, identify opportunities, and deliver business value.
- Act as a Process SME, optimizing operations and customer experience.
- Define and document requirements, epics, and user stories with a strong techno-functional approach.
- Lead stakeholder discussions, workshops, and cross-functional alignment.
- Enable solutions leveraging Salesforce and process automation tools.
Job Requirements
- Extensive insurance domain experience (Policy, Claims, Underwriting).
- Proven track record in transformation and process automation.
- Strong Salesforce experience.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI in business or process optimization.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter with strong ownership and leadership mindset.
- Recognized Process SME with a techno-functional background.
