Plan and execute evaluations for unit process development according project targets (e.g. timeline, quality, cost and stability in production) defined by project manager.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Responsible for documentation of development results according Preassembly development guidelines.
- Drive harmonization of established Preassembly processes with proven stable process flows including process, material & equipment.
- Characterization of unit processes and its impact to subsequent unit processes considering overall process dependencies.
- Actively drive exchange with suppliers perform verification and qualification activities for new tooling, machines and materials in alignment with procurement.
- Responsible for development sample builds, incl. lot disposition and alignment with pre-/following process steps.
- Moderate risk analysis considering overall process chain.
- Has proven ability to solve complex problems addressing overall process chain.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant course with 10 years working experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry,
- Adequate hands-on knowledge and skills in Pre Assembly area.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good aptitude for collaboration, negotiation and solution finding.
- Analytical equipment knowledge and statistical data analysis including design of experiment.
- Microsoft office.
