Principal/Senior/Junior Validation Engineer (Project based)

Role Description

This is a project-based role (High Potential for Permanent role for suitable candidate) for a Principal/Senior/Junior Validation Engineer located on-site in Johore, Malaysia. The Validation Engineer will be responsible for validating processes, equipment, and systems to ensure compliance with client and regulatory standards. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing validation activities, preparing validation protocols, and maintaining detailed documentation. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines are met and will contribute to process improvements to maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• minimum 5 working years experiences for Senior and Principal roles, open also for Fresh Graduate (Junior Engineer)
• Experience in Cleanroom Qualification, HVAC, Clean Utilities, Gasses Generation and Distribution System, Process Validation, Equipment Validation, Computerized System Validation (CSV) and System validation
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and quality standards
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing validation protocols and reports
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage project timelines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with lean construction strategies and Industry 4.0 implementation is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
• Experience in the biotech or Pharmaceutical/Medical Devices/Semiconductor industry is advantageous
