As an Application Designer, you will be responsible for assisting in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements effectively.
Design innovative application solutions that enhance business processes and user experience.
Lead workshops and discussions to ensure alignment on application design and functionality.
Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and user satisfaction.
Mentor team members to foster a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Advanced proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Finance is required.
Intermediate proficiency in Requirements Analysis and Application Design is recommended.
