Process and Maintenance Section Head

Job Overview:

Good presentation and communication skill required.

Coverage EOL processes on Laser Mark, Ball Mount and Package Saw.

Be the process lead and lead all the process engineer and technician.

Responsible for any product related issues regards to Equipment, Maintenance, Product & Process.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Day to day sustaining issue such like yield loss or machine down time.

2. Direct communicate with customer on the activities and project.

3. Involved in preventive maintenance and tooling management

4. Work together with Manufacturing team to prioritize the urgent and revenue lots as well as other lots in pipeline.

5. Communicate with Manufacturing team to plan on the line activities and man power support.

6. Maintain and monitor process parameters in order to control process stability.

7. Familiar with engineering tools such like 8D, FMEA, OCAP, Control Plan etc.

Qualification & Experience:

Degree in Engineering field with experience is manufacturing production line.
