Responsible for the manufacturing of highly sophisticated communication products for the professional and mission critical markets in the commercial, government and industrial segments
Work with RND to manage for the success implementation of NPR.
Perform line balancing, improve productivity, reduce cycle time and reduce CoPQ in production.
Generate and maintain the documents such as manufacturing BOM, Engineering Change Order (ECO), Manufacturing Process Specification (MPS) and pilot report.
Apply sound engineering knowledge in the trouble shooting product failure, produce failure analysis report and perform corrective action.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in Mechanical / Manufacturing engineering with 25 years working experience.
Knowledge and experience in specific areas such as PCB assembly, plastic parts, sheet metal stampings, castings, rubber and elastomers, latest display technology and electro-mechanical components would be an added advantage.
Ability to utilize latest CAD tools such as Pro/Engineer and statistical tools such as Minitab.
Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas.
