Job Description Summary
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Implements and sustains BD Excellence work process for the manufacturing unit.
- Identifies critical equipment setting and creation of standards.
- Creates technical knowledge for the manufacturing unit and transfers the knowledge to the operator
and technical associates.
- Coaches associates on continuous improvement methodologies within the manufacturing unit.
- Understands top losses within the manufacturing unit and develops and implements plans to eliminate
losses and drive OEE performance.
- Responsible for manufacturing unit change control including validation activities, root cause analysis of
prioritized OEE losses, and quality events and deviations.
- Leads the team in troubleshooting the manufacturing unit related scrap and waste
- Assist implementation of the transfer of process and product
- To support the process safety improvement includes Health and Safety risk analysis, waste reduction
activities in the manufacturing
- Other duties as required to support the needs of the business.
