To ensure Corrective & Preventive actions are identified, reviewed, approved, & effectiveness check is identified, and implemented, for all triggered events through trackwise application.
To initiate, impact assessment, identification of investigation needs, escalation, event categorization, documentation, and disposition, for incident and deviation in trackwise.
