Process Engineer
Job Description
Join JF Technology as a Process Engineer and be the backbone of manufacturing excellence! You'll bridge teams, streamline processes, drive new product introductions, and lead improvement initiatives that cut cycle times, reduce costs, and boost quality. Job Responsibilities
- Act as the main coordination point between assembly, machining, and design teams to resolve process-related issues.
- Develop, update and maintain process flow, PFMEA, control plan, work instruction and visual aid.
- Lead manufacturing process set-up for new product or new model introduction, including defining optimum process flow, layout, tooling, fixture, and equipment requirement.
- Lead cycle time reduction and continuous process improvement activities.
- Initiate and coordinate cost reduction and operational improvement activities, including OEE improvement, mistake-proofing, and 5S.
- Assist in the development and implementation of basic process automation solutions.
- Support basic programming tasks related to automation, equipment, or process control systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety guidelines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
- Strong knowledge in programming; C++/Python.
- Good knowledge of statistical process control and data analysis tools.
- Experience in semiconductor industry is an added advantage.
- A mature team player and able to work independently.
- Good written & verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English
