We're Hiring: Process Improvement Engineer

Location: Subang Jaya, Malaysia

At Halton Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, we're looking for a Process Improvement Engineer to help us enhance manufacturing efficiency, quality, and productivity while supporting our Industry 4.0 journey.

What You'll Be Doing

Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, PDCA, and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.

Develop and implement process optimisation strategies across manufacturing operations.

Collaborate closely with Engineering, R&D, Digitalisation, and Operations teams on process improvements and new product introductions.

Support automation and digitalisation projects aligned with Industry 4.0 developments.

Prepare and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.

Monitor and report process improvement KPIs and project outcomes.

Troubleshoot and resolve process-related challenges to support operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics or related discipline preferred)

Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering

Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and project management abilities

Added Advantages

Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies

Experience with automation and robotics systems

Familiarity with SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD
