Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly production planning or schedule
  • Ensure smooth operation and proper production schedule & materials resource planning for refinery plants.
  • Create process order & process order confirmation in SAP.
  • Involved in monthly oil balancing.
  • Monitor the productivity for both physical Refinery Plants 4 & 5.
  • Ensure plants are operating in good condition & effectively.
  • Continuous process improvement.
  • Prepare the yearly budget proposal for both Refinery Plants 4 & 5.
  • Proper monitoring of utilities and major cost drive to ensure cost effectiveness of refinery.
  • Monitor & control the operation cost within the approval budget.
  • Conduct training to develop subordinate's skills & knowledge.
  • Guide a group of operational staff and supervisor.
  • Lead the teams in continuous improvement of team effectiveness and productivity.
  • Assist in proper implementation of SAP system.
  • Generate report & documentation keeping.
  • Continuously coach and develop the subordinates

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, production, or a related industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and engineering software such as AutoCAD, Minitab, SAP, or ERP systems.
  • Understanding of ISO standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements
