YOUR ROLE
- To sustain/improve process including quality, yield, internal & external customer complaint and lot on hold rate.
- To support production for meeting wws target.
- To generate and update process specifications, SOP, FMEA and process control plan
- To provide technical support when there is critical quality concerns related to material / process
- To ensure process is running within control chart in SPC
- To transfer knowledge from NPI to realize in production mode on any new product/technology received from NPI team
Your Skills & Experiences
- Experience in EOL, mold, or crop processes will be an advantage.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably with process control experience.
- Knowledge and practical application of:
- Design of Experiments (DOE)
- FMEA
- SPC
- DMAIC
- 8D problem solving
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
- Fresh graduates with excellent academic results are encouraged to apply.
