Process Engineer

.Evaluate, design, and implement production processes for continuous improvement

Work closely with QA to resolve print defects like color variation & quality issue

Optimize printing and finishing operations to reduce wast, downtime, and material usage

Prepare and maintain process documentation (e.g., SOPs, work instructions, control plans)

Drive lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, etc.)

Participate in new product introductions and equipment commissioning

Monitor key process parameters and provide data analysis for decision making

Ensure compliance with ISO, safety, and environmental standards

Analyze and improve current printing process & rigid box process

Prepare process flowcharts for each process
