Design, optimize, and oversee production processes to improve efficiency, ensure safety, and maintain product quality while working with cross-functional teams to reduce waste, troubleshoot issues, and support sustainable use of materials.
- MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all manufacturing processes and equipment comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Design and develop new production processes, including selecting equipment, planning layouts, and incorporating automation.
- Evaluate current processes to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve productivity and minimize waste.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards to ensure products consistently meet specifications and customer expectations.
- Assess the use of various wood types and other materials, optimizing their application for efficiency and sustainability.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the production team, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement corrective measures.
- Lead and contribute to initiatives involving process optimization, equipment enhancements, and new product development.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, production staff, and management to meet manufacturing targets and drive continuous improvement.
- JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor degree in any engineering field with a minimum of 3 years of working experience in manufacturing environment
- Diploma in any engineering field with a minimum of 5-8 years of working experience in manufacturing environment
