Key Responsibilities
Hands on experience in chemical engineering/ process engineering, primarily on Refineries & Chemicals in Oil & Gas domain
- Able to understand the various unit operations and Oil & Gas Technologies
- Coordinate with customers on technical aspect to understand the work being executed
- Identify new opportunities in Process engineering & Process control areas for expansion
- Collaborate with cross functional team to ensure seamless project delivery
- Interface with India execution team to understand execution plan and communicate with customer stakeholders
- Develop standard work procedures, work process, workflows as per customer requirement
- Collaborate with customer to execute and implement workflows (i.e Coordination of resource, timeline to deliver end products etc.)
- Co-ordinate with customer leaders to define, manage and support engagement health and growth ,define new growth opportunities for scale and standardization
- Steward weekly/ monthly/ quarterly governance with customer and Quest Global leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Chemical Engineering
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in the Oil and Gas industry (Good to have field experience in a Refinery or Upstream production plant)
- Proven track record in maintenance, integrity, reliability or project engineering
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
