Design and develop standardized manufacturing processes; analyze and improve processes related to electronic product abnormalities.
Manage customer complaints during mass production, including 8D corrective actions, responsibility assessment, and implementation of improvement plans.
Monitor, track, collect, and analyze pilot-run data; prepare summary reports and drive process enhancements.
Prepare process flows, tooling, and verify all process documentation prior to pilot production.
Handle process design, tooling preparation, fabrication, coordination, tracking, data analysis, and process optimization for OTS prototype builds.
Prepare and review initial process documentation for prototype builds.
Requirements:
Diploma or higher in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of working experience, with at least 3 years in the electronics manufacturing industry.
Skilled in troubleshooting and improving electronic assembly equipment; well-versed in process documentation (PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP) and familiar with APQP & PPAP requirements.
Proficient in using oscilloscopes and experienced in electronic product failure analysis.
Knowledgeable in industrial engineering practices, mechanical concepts, technical drawing, and humanmachine operation coordination.
Strong logical thinking, analytical capability, and proactive communication and coordination skills
