Process Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. In NPI stage, the quality risk assessment of the whole process of the product section is carried out, the process control point is established, and the manufacturing process optimization is assisted and promoted to ensure the smooth climbing of the project. Mass production
2. Use qualitytools such as yield reports.Pareto diagram. MIL. Yield bridge,etc., for production process (MP) data statistics. Analysis and push the collaboration department to reach the yield target beyond the time period.
3. Dominant analysis of very significant qualitydefects affecting delivery. Improve. Track and close the case, and form a lesson learned sharing
4. Leadthe acceptance of testing equipment on the production line, responsible for 200x repeatability. GR&R. Collation of verification reportssuch as correlation. Analysis
5. Assist the quality project manager to complete the handling of major customer complaints, lead the completion of FACA, and follow up the closing of the case.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, Malaysian background, major in science and engineering
2. Have the ability to read maps and understand the measurement of 3D software;
