Key Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert for end-to-end SaaS solution delivery processes, particularly those integrating with SAP financial modules.

Collaborate with clients to map business requirements to SaaS platform capabilities, ensuring

alignment with finance and accounting processes.

Define and document delivery playbooks, templates, and best practices.

Support solution architects and implementation teams in designing integrations between SaaS platforms, SAP, and other ERP/finance systems.

Evaluate and improve delivery methodologies (Agile, DevOps, ITIL-aligned operations).

Establish and monitor key delivery KPIs (quality, velocity, cost efficiency).

Ensure compliance with financial controls, data privacy, and audit requirements across SaaS

implementations.

Partner with Product and Engineering to translate client finance/SAP process needs into scalable product features.

Work closely with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure solution integrity for reporting,

reconciliation, and compliance.

Provide internal training and knowledge transfer sessions to project managers and solution

consultants.

Act as the trusted advisor for enterprise clients on solution delivery and SAP integration

strategies.

Participate in pre-sales solutioning sessions to define project scope, timelines, and technical

feasibility.

Support stakeholder management and change enablement throughout delivery cycles.

Qualifications

SAP FICO, Hana integration exp is mandatory.

* 10+ years in solution delivery, consulting or ERP/SaaS implementation

* Deep SAP Finance (FI/CO / S/4HANA)

* Experience integrating ERP with SaaS platforms via APIs

* Understanding of IFRS / SOX / GDPR / audit compliance

* Strong business & stakeholder management skills
