Job Description
- Responsible for the manufacturing of highly sophisticated communication products for the professional and mission critical markets in the commercial, government and industrial segments
- Perform line balancing, improve productivity, reduce cycle time and reduce CoPQ in production.
- Generate and maintain the documents such as manufacturing BOM, Engineering Change Order (ECO), Manufacturing Process Specification (MPS) and pilot report.
- Apply sound engineering knowledge in the trouble shooting product failure, produce failure analysis report and perform corrective action.
- Provide technical support to value stream team in order to achieve business and quality indices.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, in Mechanical / Manufacturing engineering with 36 month experience.
- Working knowledge in PCB assembly or box-build assembly manufacturing. Knowledge in plastic molding, sheet metal stampings, castings, rubber and elastomers, latest display technology and electro-mechanical components would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in jig and fixture design, and ability to utilize latest CAD tools such as Pro/Engineer.
