Role Description

We are seeking a Procurement Engineer for a full-time, on-site role based in Johor Baharu. The Procurement Engineer will be responsible for evaluating suppliers, managing purchase orders, analyzing procurement strategies, and coordinating RFQs. This role also involves collaborating with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery, cost savings, and a robust supply chain that supports our innovative robotic solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and managing Request for Quotations (RFQ)
• Experience in creating and processing Purchase Orders
• Strong Analytical Skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent Communication skills for effective vendor and internal team collaboration
• Ability to negotiate contracts and vendor terms beneficial for the organization
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and compliance guidelines
• Experience in automation industries is an advantage

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma or relevant in Mechanical Engineering.
• Preferably with working experience in designing automation systems , jig and fixture ,robotics and conveyor system.
• Proficiency with Solid Works is desirable.
• Ability to lead, manage project and communicate well with customers, vendors, engineers, technicians and team members.
• Able to speak Mandarin, English and Malay.
