Procurement Executive

Responsibilities

• Source and manage procurement agreements with external manufacturers.
• Ensure timely and quality supply of raw and packaging materials at competitive prices.
• Support project management including sample coordination and supplier communication.
• Negotiate contract terms and manage renewals.
• Collaborate with supply planning and cross-functional teams to maintain supply consistency.
• Implement Source-to-Pay (STP), compliance, and other procurement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in procurement, purchasing, manufacturing, or marketing (preferably FMCG).
• Knowledge of SAP, sourcing processes (RFx), and contract management.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
