Your new role
As a Procurement Executive, your responsibilities include:
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery performance to support operational needs
- Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure value and long-term supplier relationships
- Process purchase orders and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate procurement documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulatory standards
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align purchasing decisions with budgetary goals
- Support purchasing operations by maintaining strong vendor relationships and ensuring timely replenishment of materials and services
- Continuously review and improve purchasing processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
What you&aposll need to succeed
- Possess a Bachelor&aposs Degree in Business, Accounting & Finance or Economics
- Fresh graduates or entry level candidates with 1 year of working experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong analytical and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
- Proficient in English and Mandarin languages
