Procurement Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Issue and monitor Purchase Orders (POs).
• Track supplier deliveries and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchasing requirements.
• Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
• Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate purchasing records.
• Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning.
• Resolve supplier-related issues concerning pricing, quality, and delivery.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Buyer, Sourcing, or Supply Chain roles.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) - Mandatory.
• Experience in purchase order processing, supplier management, and procurement operations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience with ERP, SAP, Oracle, SQL, or other procurement systems will be an added advantage.
