Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate new product proposals from sourcing to approval.
  • Evaluate supplier quotations based on quality, pricing, and reliability.
  • Conduct market surveys and price comparisons to ensure cost competitiveness.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing suppliers, including performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Logistics, Marketing, Warehouse, RTM, QM) to ensure smooth product launch and distribution.
  • Handle product quality issues and customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Ensure products comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare reports and perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
  • 12 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (e.g., basic formulas, data analysis, and reporting).
  • Willing to learn, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a plus point.
