You will manage end-to-end procurement processes and provide procurement support to supply chain on processing purchase order and ensure timely delivery from supplier.
What You'll Need
1. Manage and update data on SDC's sales performance.
2. Responsibility for maintain customer's accounts.
3. Attend to customer's complaint by follow up correspondence between suppliers and customers.
4. Provide documentation support of SDC's sales to Commercial team for month end closing.
5. Provide purchasing support on traded items (stock) and generic items (non-stock).
6. Transform Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order in Abacus
7. New Supplier Vendor Code Creation and Update Existing Supplier Vendor info (if any changes) in Abacus.
8. Purchase Order receiving in ERP.
What You'll Need to Succeed
1. Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering or other related disciplines.
2. At least 2 years of experience.
3. SAP experience is an added advantage.
4. Ability to speak, write and read in Mandarin language (To deal with business counterparts).
4. Strong sourcing and negotiation skill and capable in building relationship with vendors.
5. Material ordering and delivery control.
