Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya for a Procurement Executive. The selected candidate will oversee purchasing processes, manage purchase orders, and maintain vendor relationships to ensure the timely and cost-efficient procurement of goods and services. The role will also involve conducting market research, analyzing procurement performance, and supporting the company's culinary and operational needs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors is essential to meet organizational goals effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Management
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills to evaluate options and make informed decisions
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and vendor negotiation
• Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic food and beverage industry
• Relevant academic background or experience in procurement, supply chain, or business management
