Key Responsibilities:
1. Procurement Process Management
Assist in the sourcing and procurement of goods and services as per company requirements. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements. Prepare and process Service Request Form and other procurement documents.
2. Contract Management
Assist in the preparation, review, and management of contracts and agreements with contractors. Ensure all contractual obligations are met and monitor contract performance. Support contract renewal and termination processes as needed.
3. Compliance Management
Ensure procurement activities comply with clients Procurement Standards, company guidelines, and other relevant policies. Assist in identifying and mitigating risks associated with procurement processes. Support internal audits and ensure readiness for any external audits.
4. Supplier Management
Evaluate and monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery schedules. Assist in resolving any issues or disputes with suppliers.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with other departments, such as finance, operations, and legal, to ensure alignment of procurement activities with business needs. Assist in coordinating procurement activities with project teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
6. Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation. Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, including spend analysis and supplier performance. Assist in the preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders.
