We are looking for a Procurement Executive to join our team! You will play a key role in sourcing and purchasing high-quality products and services for our hospital. Your job is to negotiate prices, ensure smooth delivery, and make sure everything we buy meets our quality and safety standards.
What You'll Do:
- Find Vendors: Source vendors, request quotations, compare prices, and negotiate terms.
- Product Evaluation: Make sure medical items meet our quality standards before purchase.
- Manage Vendor Data: Keep vendor information, pricing, and contracts up to date in our system.
- Work with Teams: Collaborate with other Sunway companies to get the best deals.
- Process Orders: Handle purchase requisitions (PR) and purchase orders (PO) from start to finish.
- Monitor Deliveries: Ensure timely delivery of products and services, solving any issues along the way.
- Vendor Management: Help review vendor performance and suggest improvements.
Who We're Looking For:
- Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Good command in MS Office.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
