The Procurement Hub Executive is responsible for supporting procurement operations, primarily focusing on Purchase Order (PO) issuance, supplier acknowledgment follow-up, and delivery date updates. This role ensures accurate documentation, timely coordination with suppliers, and smooth purchasing processes.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Issue Purchase Orders (PO) in accordance with approved requisitions and company procedures.
- Follow up with suppliers for PO acknowledgment and confirmation.
- Update and maintain accurate PO delivery dates in the system.
- Ensure all procurement transactions are properly documented and recorded.
- Liaise with internal departments to clarify purchasing requirements when necessary.
- Support supplier communication regarding order confirmation and scheduling.
- Monitor open PO status and ensure timely updates in reporting systems.
- Assist in resolving minor discrepancies related to purchase orders and documentation.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in purchasing or procurement support (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Familiar with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
