We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Procurement Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in procurement operations and inventory system maintenance within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, and ready to contribute to the efficiency of our procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation, processing, and tracking of purchase orders.
- Maintain and update inventory management systems to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Create and maintain inventory data in the system, including supplier and product master data setup.
- Support procurement documentation, filing, and data entry tasks.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and timelines.
- Assist in preparing procurement reports and performing basic data analysis.
- Participate in initiatives to improve procurement and inventory control processes.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or inventory systems is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to real-world procurement operations.
- Able to commit to a minimum 4-month internship (16 weeks). Preference will be given to a final year student.
