Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Procurement Manager to lead our Non-Trade Procurement (NTP) function across corporate operations. This role will be instrumental in driving cost efficiencies, strengthening vendor partnerships, and enhancing procurement processes to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of non-trade (indirect) procurement strategies, policies, and procedures to deliver cost savings and operational efficiencies.
  • Manage end-to-end supplier sourcing and tender processes, including requirement gathering, category analysis, benchmarking, evaluation, and contract negotiation.
  • Oversee contract lifecycle management, including renewals, renegotiations, and discontinuations, ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
  • Drive procurement best practices and promote compliance across internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Collaborate closely with business units to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of goods and services.
  • Support vendor onboarding processes, including vendor creation and Purchase Order (PO) approvals, while addressing stakeholder queries.
  • Develop and maintain vendor catalogs to streamline repeat purchasing and improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and governance.
  • Support internal and external audit requirements by ensuring proper documentation and adherence to controls.
  • Assist with ad-hoc procurement needs and special projects as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in procurement, contract management, or vendor management.
  • Min 3 years experience in managerial position.
  • Strong understanding of procurement practices, sourcing strategies, and supplier management.
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
