Procurement Manager

主要职责| Key Responsibilities:

• 依据项目进度编制采购计划,梳理业主直采、总包采购与指定供应商范围,建立长周期设备及关键物资台账。

Develop procurement schedules aligned with delivery milestones distinguish owner-direct, contractor and nominated-vendor packages and maintain a long-lead equipment register.

• 组织供应商开发、资格审查、询价和招标;协调专业工程师完成技术评审,开展商务比价及合同谈判。

Source and prequalify suppliers, run RFQs and tenders, coordinate technical evaluations with engineers, and lead commercial comparisons and negotiations.

• 明确技术范围、交付节点、验收标准、付款条件、质保及违约责任,按授权提交采购审批。

Define scope, delivery dates, acceptance criteria, payment terms, warranties and remedies obtain approvals under company authority limits.

• 跟踪生产排期、图纸审批、工厂验收及发运,协调清关、税费、保险、运输和现场收货,建立延期预警及替代方案。

Track manufacturing, drawing approvals, factory acceptance and shipping coordinate customs, taxes, insurance, transport and site receipt, with delay alerts and contingency plans.

• 管理合同履约、变更、索赔、对账及采购档案;对总包采购的关键设备进行业主方交期监督,避免重复采购或责任遗漏。

Manage contract performance, changes, claims, reconciliation and records monitor critical contractor-procured items from the owner's side and prevent scope gaps or duplicate purchasing.

任职要求|Qualifications:

• 本科及以上学历,供应链、工程、商务管理或相关专业。

Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline

• 8年以上工程或设备采购经验,其中3年以上数据中心、关键机电设备或大型机电项目采购经验。

At least 8 years of project or equipment procurement experience, including 3 years in data centres, critical MEP equipment or major MEP projects

• 熟悉变压器、开关柜、UPS、发电机及制冷设备等采购流程,具备长周期设备催交经验。

• 熟悉工程采购合同、国际贸易条款及进口物流;具备马来西亚或东南亚供应商资源者优先。
