Execute procurement activities including sourcing, tendering, bid evaluation, negotiation, and contract award in accordance with company and PETRONAS procurement procedures.
Develop and implement procurement plans and strategies to support project and operational requirements.
Prepare and manage tender documents, technical and commercial evaluations, and recommendation reports.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, project teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure procurement requirements are clearly defined and delivered.
Ensure compliance with PSC, JDA, and RSC contractual requirements and regulatory obligations.
Monitor supplier performance, manage procurement risks, and resolve procurement-related issues.
Maintain procurement records, reports, and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and HSE requirements.
Perform other procurement-related duties as assigned by management.
Qualification/Skills:
Minimum recognized Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Minimum ten (10) years of practical experience in procurement within oil and gas companies.
Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Procurement Analyst or similar procurement role.
Working experience in PSC, JDA, or RSC companies.
Strong knowledge and experience in PETRONAS procurement requirements and procedures.
