Job Description
Procurement Operations
- Hands-on management of day-to-day procurement operations and support new initiatives, including project migration for new LBUs.
- Collaborate and maintain strong relationships with Procurement Managers/SMEs to ensure smooth operations and BAU.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and LBU-specific policies.
- Oversee procurement processes and SOPs, ensuring timely review and updates.
- Manage operational risk and ensure proper controls are embedded in SOPs.
- Respond to internal/external stakeholder requests and inquiries on operational matters (PR/PO, Vendor Management etc.)
- Conduct procurement training for internal/external stakeholders on Coupa Core as required.
- Provide Level 0 support on Coupa Core and CSP systems, including basic troubleshooting and vendor assistance.
- Propose change requests and process improvements for efficiency.
Issue Resolution & Governance
- Address disputes from stakeholders and escalate system-related issues to Coupa COE or policy matters to Procurement Team.
- Attend to audit requests from internal/external auditors.
- Highlight any policy breaches or concerns to the Procurement Team for corrective action.
- Provide advice and guidance on procurement processes and policies.
Performance & Reporting
- Accountable for SLA measurement and ensure monthly compliance.
- Deliver service performance reports and conduct service calls with stakeholders on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Ensure team and individual KPIs are met as per SLA.
System Management
- Propose enhancements to contract workflows and systems for efficiency.
- Support implementation of new tools or automation for contract management.
