Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site internship role for a Procurement/Sourcing Intern, located in Petaling Jaya. The intern will assist in drafting and managing purchase orders, evaluating and selecting suppliers, and supporting contract negotiation processes. The role involves collaborating with the procurement team to optimize sourcing strategies, maintaining supplier databases, and contributing to analytical projects aimed at improving procurement efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Purchase Orders and Procurement processes
• Skills in Supplier Evaluation and Contract Negotiation
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating procurement data and cost-saving opportunities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of sustainability considerations in procurement is an added advantage
