About The Role
We're looking for a
Senior Procurement Specialist to lead sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management of materials for operations, marketing, and promotional needs across multiple entities. You will drive cost-effective procurement strategies, negotiate contracts, ensure supplier performance, and support stakeholders through reliable delivery and strong procurement governance.
What You'll Do
- Build and execute strategic procurement plans aligned with business goals and budget targets.
- Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers, strengthening partnerships and improving performance.
- Lead contract negotiation and ensure compliance with agreed terms and ethical standards.
- Drive cost savings and value improvements through competitive sourcing and negotiation.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to protect supply continuity.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing: PO creation, order follow-through, and delivery coordination.
- Maintain and optimize procurement-related IT systems, reports, and insights for stakeholders.
- Lead procurement projects and provide cross-functional support (Warehouse, Planning, R&D/NPD, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams).
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
- 35 years of procurement / supply chain experience (officer capacity); food & beverage or pet food industry exposure is an advantage.
- Strong skills in strategic sourcing, vendor evaluation, supplier performance management.
- Proven negotiation and contract management capability.
- Strong analytical skills (cost analysis, supplier risk, performance tracking).
- Effective communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
- High integrity and sound judgment in supplier selection and confidential matters.
- Chinese language ability is an advantage.

- Procurement & supply management training; leadership/management; systems training; finance & budgeting.
- Certifications such as CPSM, Contract Management, CPSD, PMP are an advantage.
