About the role
At BEYONDSOFT (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD.&apos, we are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to be based in TRX, Kuala Lumpur, to support our client - Ant Group International.
Responsibilities
- Supporting international business procurement, includes sourcing, negotiation, contracting and suppliers management, etc;
- Maintain supplier database and make cost driver analysis;
- Cooperate with cross functions to support the innovation project proceed;
Qualifications
- Bachelor or above;
- 1-3 years related working experience, procurement will be preferred;
- Experiences in Technology / Ecom / TechFin / Banking companies are preferred;
Required Skills
- Supplier qualification and negotiation skill;
- Working with automated procurement and sourcing to pay systems;
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing (Good communication skill in Spanish or Portuguese, also in Chinese & English); and self-motivated, proactive, ownership mindset;
- Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities;
- Strong risk sense and judgement on designing the controls, solving the problems and dealing with emergency issues;
- Open-minded in learning and trying new techniques, algorithm and model to design the control system;
Pay range and compensation package
Basic salary (below 5000RM)+performance bonus
