Job Opening: Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from purchase requisition to purchase order and delivery.
• Source and evaluate suppliers/vendors based on price, quality, delivery timelines, and service.
• Conduct RFQ/RFP processes, compare quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, warranties, and delivery conditions.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and supplier performance to ensure timely delivery.
