3)Governance, Data & Compliance

  • Ensure master data accuracy, consistency, and lifecycle management across sites.
  • Embed compliance and risk controls into system workflows rather than manual checks.

4)Continuous Innovation & Next-Generation Ways of Working

  • Continuously scan for new system capabilities, digital tools, automation, and emerging technologies relevant to procurement.
  • Identify and pilot next-generation ways of working (e.g. increased automation, touchless transactions, advanced analytics, AI-enabled insights) that materially improve efficiency, scalability, and control.

  • Define and track system-enabled KPIs, analytics, and benefits realization.
  • Provide insights to management through reliable, automated reporting and dashboards.

6)Adoption & Capability Building

  • Drive strong system adoption through clear standards, training frameworks, and practical user enablement.
  • Serve as the escalation point for procurement system design and usage decisions.
  • Continuously assess system effectiveness post go-live and initiate improvements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • More than 10 years of experience in procurement, procurement systems, or ERP-enabled procurement roles.

  • Strong analytical and structured thinking, with experience in dashboards, automation, and data-driven insights.
  • Ability to influence across functions without formal program ownership.
  • Clear communicator able to bridge procurement, IT, and business stakeholders.
  • Proficient in English, SAP S/4HANA, and Microsoft Office tools; experience with Power BI, automation, or advanced analytics is an added advantage.
