About Your Program

You'll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 36 months, you'll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

1Assist in daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and outbound shipping to ensure smooth warehouse workflow.
2Assist in inventory counting and stock record maintenance, ensuring consistency between system data and physical inventory, and report discrepancies promptly.
3Assist in operating the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including data entry, order processing, and maintaining inbound and outbound records to ensure data accuracy.
4Support warehouse supervisors with on-site coordination and follow up on operational issues such as order exceptions, inventory discrepancies, or damaged goods.
5Assist in maintaining warehouse 5S standards to ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
6Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor based on operational needs.
