Job Purpose

FairPrice Group is seeking an experienced Product Delivery Manager to lead technology initiatives across Front Office Solutions. The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of technology solutions that enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency and support business needs. This includes managing project execution, stakeholder and vendor engagement, technology governance, risk and compliance, while ensuring solutions are reliable, scalable and fit for purpose.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives from planning and solution design through implementation and stabilisation
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies and delivery risks
Coordinate business, technology and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery
Drive testing, deployment readiness, issue resolution and operational handover
Own and drive technology governance, risk and compliance activities across the Front Office Solutions portfolio
Lead the assessment of technology risks, control gaps and compliance requirements, working with relevant stakeholders to establish appropriate mitigation measures
Drive the implementation of regulatory technology changes, internal control improvements and audit remediation initiatives
Establish and maintain governance processes, control monitoring and reporting to ensure ongoing compliance and risk visibility
Work closely with Risk, Compliance, Cybersecurity, Audit and business teams to strengthen the overall technology control environmentStakeholder and vendor management: Build trusted partnership across business, technology, vendors to ensure alignment, timely decisions, and successful delivery
Continuous improvement and innovation: Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance business processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency through technology

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in technology delivery, application management or digital transformation
Proven experience leading end-to-end technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, systems and vendors
Good understanding of enterprise applications, system integration and technology operations.
Experience in managing technology risks, regulatory requirements, internal controls and audit-related activities.
Strong experience in project planning, solution delivery, testing, implementation and operational readiness
Experience in retail or other customer-facing industries would be advantageous
Strong organisational and coordination skills
Ability to manage complex delivery environments involving multiple teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Structured and organised approach to managing complex delivery environments
Comfortable operating in fast-paced transformation programs
