Product Department Supervisor (Electronics Manufacturing)

Key Abilities:

• Proficient in production planning, capacity planning and process optimisation;
• Skilled in ERP/MES systems and lean production/5S management.
• Strong cross-departmental coordination and on-site problem-solving skills.

Professional Knowledge:

• Familiar with solenoid valve production processes (coil winding, injection moulding, encapsulation, etc.) and safety norms.
• Understand the quality standards of injection moulded parts for solenoid valves.

Education & Experience:

• College degree or above in Mechanical Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, etc.
• More than 5 years of manufacturing production management experience, 3 years as a production supervisor.
• Experience in the solenoid valve/hydraulic/pneumatic component industry or injection moulding process in solenoid valve production is preferred.
