What You'll Actually Do
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with internal teams to keep our ideas moving from concept to reality.
- Design and build: Turn insights from clients and learners into designs that feel right and work well.
- Own the details: Help define and track product metrics because good design is measurable.
- Test with users: Be hands-on with user testing and feedback loops for new launches.
- Research and learn: Help plan and run user interviews to uncover what really matters.
- Push creativity: Add your flair to our UI/UX projects experiment, refine, and elevate.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: About 2 years in product design, with an portfolio that shows both craft and curiosity.
- Tool: You're fluent in Figma (and probably have strong opinions about design systems).
- Analytical mindset: You enjoy connecting design choices to product outcomes.
- Team energy: You communicate clearly, collaborate easily, and don't mind a good intellectual debate.
Bonus Points
- You've juggled multiple projects or shipped features in a startup-style environment.
- You love learning new tools, better systems, different perspectives.
