Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product design from discovery to delivery, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define design requirements and priorities
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
Translate complex logistics/e-commerce workflows into simple, user-friendly interfaces
Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products
Advocate for user-centric design principles and contribute to product strategy

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital products
Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce platforms
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and drive design initiatives in a fast-paced environment
