About the Role
They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join their client's Product team within the dynamic industry. You will play a crucial role in coordinating with cross-functional teams to understand market needs and ensure the continuous improvement of our platform features.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse product and market data to identify needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Support Product Managers in defining product requirements, writing user stories, and maintaining product documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to understand player pain points and contribute to solutions.
- Collaborate with Account Managers, design, and development teams to ensure timely product deliveries.
- Monitor product development progression, follow up, and provide updates to the team when necessary.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance of new features, ensuring they meet user expectations.
- Assist in creating competitor analysis reports and trend reviews to guide strategic decisions.
- Collect and synthesize feedback from internal teams and players to enhance back-office functionality and product offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience
- 1-3 years of experience in Product, Operations, Business Analyst, or Project Coordination roles, preferably within iGaming, tech, or digital entertainment.
- Knowledge of the iGaming industry is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of digital products and user experience principle
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
