A well-established public listed company is seeking anAssistant Product Development Managerto support and drive product development and product marketing initiatives.

The Assistant Product Development Manager is responsible to support and manage new product development (NPD) projects from concept to commercialization. The role involves assisting in the development and execution of product marketing strategies, managing assigned stages of the product life cycle, conducting market research and competitor analysis, and coordinating product launches with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, Quality, and Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent premium brand positioning, monitor market trends and consumer insights to drive innovation, and prepare sales analysis, performance reports, and proposals to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, Dietetics, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in FMCG, preferably within health, wellness, or regulated product categories.
  • Exposure to product development, product marketing, and branding.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a commercial mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
