Job Description

Work with designer and manufacturing team(Fabrication, Assembly & Test) to improve the product quality, yield and cycle time to meet the entitlement goal.
Support production such as lot disposition & low yield analysis/debug.
Support different types of product qualification such as NPI and piece part qualification for gross margin improvement or supply assurance.
Develop special engineering program for rescreen or engineering purposes.
Test program update and validation to fulfill the quality of the product.
Develop customer return containment and implement into production.
Requirement
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related discipline.
Basic data analysis skills.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive working attitude.
Capable to handle new challenge.
Team player with leadership ability to drive projects to completion.
High degree of flexibility in work assignments.
Very discipline and committed to job, possess high career aspiration.
