Job Description

Responsible for overall Engineering activities for Box Build Assembly section from line and process setup as well as process improvement study.
Lead on EC & DN activities including monitoring & documentation updates.
Fabricate jigs and tools for improvement activities.
Follow up on machines & equipment condition on daily basis.
Assisting on FA / Project Transfer with focusing on:
Training leader, technicians & operators on the process.
Generate machines programming & ensure line is ready to run.
Ensure FA activities run based on timeline.
To create and maintain all related documentation for production usage
Willing to learn new things with minimum supervision.
Able to work under pressure.
Hardworking and able to support overtime whenever needed
To handle product transfer and ensure product are built within specification and conformed to quality requirement.
Assist Engineer for the implementation EC/DN at production section until closed.
To maintain and improve manufacturing processes product quality as well as equipment performance.
Responsible for implementation & co-ordination of line improvement activity.
Cycle time study for new or existing product
Have experience in manufacturing industry, advantages if posses experience in mechanical/electrical/electronics.
Hands on skill on assembly product if any.
Computer literature
Fresh graduates with good academic background are welcome to apply.
Bachelor degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
