Product Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

Job Description

1. Product Introduction and Overall Integration (NPI / Transfer)

-Responsible for the overall integration and advancement of new products from customer design to pilot run and mass production.

-Serve as the integration contact for customers, frontend, backend, and testing

-Plan and confirm product roadmap, milestones, and risk plans.

2. Process Integration and Specification Definition (Process Integration)

-Integrate the full process across Frontend / Bumping / Backend / Testing

3. Issue Analysis and Problem Solving

-Act as the owner for cross-department issues, leading efforts on: Yield loss ,Parametric failures, Reliability failures and Customer complaints

-Communicate issue conclusions, risk assessments, and improvement plans with customers.

4. Customer Communication and Technical Interface (Customer Interface)

-Serve as the primary technical contact / product owner for customers.

Explain to customers about the Process changes (PCN / ECN); Process capability and mass production readiness; Issue investigations and conclusions

-Support customer audits, line reviews, and qualification reviews.

5. Mass Production Support

-Monitor mass production yield, cycle time (CT), OEE, and quality trends

-Drive yield improvement, cost optimization, and cycle time reduction

-Assist in process standardization and establishment of best practices

-Support production line emergencies and ramp-up

Job Requirements

1)Bachelor's degree in any related engineering field, Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply as well.

2) Proficiency in AutoCAD's skill is an added advantage
